Submit an abstract and manage your papers

We at the European Transport Conference invite you to submit an abstract of a paper you wish to be presented at the conference.

More information on the call for papers can be found here, and in the brochures at the bottom of this page.

Conference abstracts will be reviewed and short-listed for inclusion in the conference.

If short-listed, authors will then be asked to submit their paper and register to the conference to present it at the conference.

After the conference all papers will  be publicly available via the Past ETC Papers section of the site.

The deadline for abstract submission is midnight UTC 10 February 2023. 

The European Transport Conference is a prestigious international conference drawing a large audience. Authors who have their abstract selected for the conference are expected to attend the conference and present their paper.
