The session will commence with a brief introductory presentation, shedding light on the goals and initiatives of the AET G&D (Gender and Diversity) Working Group. We will also take a closer look at the current status of gender diversity within AET. Understanding where we stand will allow us to identify areas for improvement and work collectively towards positive change.

The heart of the event will be the guided discussion session in groups. This interactive and inclusive segment will be the primary focus of the event, providing all participants with a dedicated platform to share insights, exchange ideas, and propose actionable steps to drive positive change and enhance equal opportunities within the ETC and AET.

In the spirit of supporting shared aspirations, we will then take a moment to announce the launch of the Italian 'Women in Mobility, Infrastructure, and Transport (WiMIT)' community.  This empowering community seeks to create a more inclusive and diverse landscape while championing equal opportunities for women professionals in our field within Italy.

Finally, we will summarise the discussion results and bring the session to a close, highlighting the key takeaways that have emerged from our groups for enhancing diversity for the ETC and AET.
